JUDr. Michaela Topolánková, advokátka

I work as an attorney and provide legal services as member of the Czech Bar Association. I participate in advocacy since 2010. I studied law and was awarded master degree at Law faculty of Palacký University in Olomouc. I have worked as attorneys’ clerk in law office of JUDr. Eliška Chobolová in Brno with which I still cooperate.

During my law practice I pass the rigorous exam and was awarded title juris utriusque doctor and subsequently I pass the Bar exam and became attorney.

My main area of expertise is commercial law, law of business corporations, immovable property law (purchase contract, deed of donation), labor law, civil law, apartment law (ownership, tenancy), family law (divorce, community property of spouses), obligation law and collection of debt.

I focus on needs of individual clients.

I provide legal services in Czech and English language.
